Yes. We use Enterprise Rental Car. They will pick you up from Autobahn Collision and take you to their office for your rental car. Once the repairs are completed, you will return the rental car to the same location and they will drive you back right back to us.

Yes. We can arrange to have your car towed directly to our shop from any location, whether it’s your home or an impound, or directly from the accident location. We handle the whole process from pick-up to drop-off & we manage the payment so you don’t have to worry.

No, you do not need an appointment to bring your vehicle in for an estimate or to leave your vehicle for repairs. You can come into Autobahn Collision any time Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.

As an insured motorist, you have the right to take your car to the repair facility of your choice. Your insurance company cannot refer or recommend a shop, commonly known as "steering", unless you specifically ask for a body shop referral. That's the law.
